Billing
- Free account: your Career ID, diagnosis, Showcases, jobs, Scout's memory and talking to Scout. Add a card to start 7 days with everything on; nothing is billed until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
- Scout: $97 a month, or $970 a year (2 months free). Every Scout outcome is on, with monthly allowances on the heavier outcomes, not the main Showcase build (sold on its own). 120 voice minutes a month.
- Scout Done-For-You: $297 a month, or $2,970 a year (2 months free). Every Scout outcome is on, with monthly allowances on the heavier outcomes, your main Showcase built and hosted while the plan is on and 1 job-specific Showcase version a month. 300 voice minutes a month.
- Scout Unlimited: $497 a month, or $4,970 a year (2 months free). Every Scout outcome is on, with no monthly allowances (only the real-cost fair-use caps), your main Showcase built and hosted while the plan is on and 5 job-specific Showcase versions a month. 600 voice minutes a month.
- Used up a monthly allowance? That one outcome pauses until the 1st, or you can move up a plan. There are no surprise extra charges.
- The main Showcase on its own is $497 plus $50 a month hosting; a job-specific version is $197. You always see the price before you tap, a receipt comes right away, and you can undo within 24 hours.
